Spessartine

Complete orange Spessartine from recent finds in Tanzania. Most found were partial crystals or at least had a few dings. This one is complete and symetrical with just one small indentation where another crystal was formerly present. Additionally, most had black inclusions of Hematite or Braunite - this crystal is amazingly free of these black inclusions which tend to darken the crystal - when backlit this crystal glows a bright translucent orange.
