Rhodochrosite

Twinned Rhodochrosite crystal group, nearly a floater with a little bit of matrix on the bottom. Side by side triangles. The color is just outstanding. This was recently released from the Charlie Key collection and it is clear he saved some good ones. Previous twinned Mont St. Hilaire Rhodos I've seen have all been a darker brick red color and opaque. This one is bright red and translucent through most of the specimen. Undamaged.
