Elegant and exquisite specimen of Calcite on Siderite on Calcite from Dal'negorsk. A cluster of large, scalenohedral Calcite crystals are completely covered by santiny brown Siderite, upon which has grown hemispherical groups of yellow Calcite. Though not flashy or colorful, the quality is very high and it's very nice in person as the Siderite has a wonderful satiny luster. It's also undamaged and surprisingly attractive. Valued at $200.
