Large specimen covered with crystals of Lawsonite and Albite. Lawsonite occurs at a number of places in Northern California. I've had blue and grey crystals from Marin County, pinkish crystals from Mendocino County. The Lawsonite from this occurrence are a little different than the others too, with translucent cube-like crystals to 4mm occurring with white blades of Albite. Ex.
