Interesting specimen showing 3 generations of Calcite. The top half of a scalenohedral Calcite sticks out of a wide rhombic
Calcite crystal. Both were later covered by tiny black Ilvaite crystals, then all were overgrown by a final generation of
transparent Calcite. You can see the tip of the scalenohedral Calcite covered by Ilvaite underneath the final transparent layer of Calcite.
