Blue Benitoite crystals combined with black Neptunite crystals. The specimen starts with a large piece of blue schist upon which are patched of white Natrolite. Then, sprinkled about are lustrous black crystals of Neptunite. While Benitoite is best known from this defunct locality, Neptunite also reached it's zenith here, the world's best of species. Small, well formed blue Benitoite are present in various locations. This specimen was recently etched from some of the last remaining mine rough and has never been offered for sale before. The mine is closed so get some now - once it's gone it's gone.
