Bright and glassy single gem Tanzanite crystal from the Merelani Hills deposits in Tanzania. Tanzanite is one of the rarest of all gem crystals as this deposit is the world's only source. The Tanzanite is fully crystallized all around and undamaged and has a gem yellow upper half with blue at the base. Highly transparent with a good termination. Weighs 2.96 carats.
