A natural, water worn nugget of Silver from the famous Cobalt mining district. Silver in Cobalt was found in 1903 and by 1908, Cobalt was producing 9% of the world's silver. One vein, know as the 'Silver Sidewalk' contained 10,000 tons of Silver and is considered the largest single find of silver in the world. Silver nuggets are actually less common than Gold nuggets, but as rich as Cobalt was, it's no wonder silver nuggest could be found in there. This one weighs 5.2 grams.
