Rare specimen of Silver crystals on a heavy sulfide matrix from the Tsumeb Mine. The Silver occurs as both lustrous masses and distinct crystals and is said to contain up to 25% Mercury. Any Silver specimen from Tsumeb is uncommon, but those with crystals of bright green Zincolivenite ( formerly cuprian adamite) and yellow Ferrilotharmeyerite are much less common and make for the most attractive Silver specimens from Tsumeb. Tsumeb is the Type locality for Ferrilotharmeyerite. Collected from the third oxidation zone.
