Deep green bladed crystals of Szenicsite associated with apple green Cuprian Powellite. I love the contrast of colors and form between the bright adamantine blades of Szenicsite and the translucent globular Cuprian Powellite. Szenicsite specimens are hard enough to find alone, but the combination with the Cuprian Powellite makes this rarer still. Szenicsite is a rare copper molybdate named after American mineral collectors Terry and Marissa Szenics. Ex. Neil Levett collection.
