Scepter-like Quartz with an unusual spotted appearance. The outer layer of Quartz is colored red by Hematite and the lower portions were etched away leaving a red termination and scepter-like appearance. The red area is part dull maroon with lustrous lighter red spots. I got this from Marshall Sussman back in 2013 when most of the red and orange Hematite-included Quartz crystals were being found, and only a couple had this spotted appearance. Complete all around and undamaged.
