Quartz with Hematite

Cluster of sharp Quartz crystals that grew atop rounded 'Kidney-ore' Hematite (some of which remains on the back side). The Quartz are inturn partially coated by sparkley Hematite crystals. This has wonderful aesthetics and is the most attractive of these specimens I recall seeing with a nice overall form and more 'sparkle' than most (much better than photos which don't capture all the sparkle!). Also note in the photo showing the backside, all those Quartz faces are also well crystallized and this is nearly a flaoter. Undamaged and comes with an old Al McGuinness label. Ex.
