A beautiful specimen of Pyrite after a Spirifir Brachiopod from Ohio. Thisi a complete specimen showing all the features of the original fossil, but now in Pyrite. A wavy, symmetrical, and shiny specimen complete all around. These are found in this quarry in Devonian age Limestone. An excellent example from an old Pyrite collection I bought a few years ago.
