Well formed 3cm Almandine crystal on Feldspar with other smaller garnets. I've never seen Garnet from this locality before, but this is a super one. Large and complete, originally from Jon Seibel who often turns up unusal California specimens. Great specimen from an uncommon locality and a super addition for a California collection or a Garnet collection (got one from here?). Valued at $300.
