Double-sided specimen of Amethyst crystals with coatings of white Calcite. The specimen is solid Amethyst with larger crystals on the side with Calcite and smaller Amethyst crystals on the back side. When viewed from the base, you can see that the core of the specimen is a very deep purple coloration that gets lighter towards the tips of the crystals.
