Bright blue/green crystals of Botallackite on matrix. Botallackite is a rare copper oxychloride in the Atacamite group of minerals. The Type locality for Bottallackite is in Cornwall. Valuation of this species is highly variable as I have seen similar specimens offered in the high hundreds of dollars or more at shows, but I value it at around $150.
