Tall, heavy crystals of dark Ferberite accented by transparent Quartz crystals. The Ferberite crystals are well terminated. Ferberite is a heavy, iron and Tungsten rich mineral, the iron-rich end member in the Wolframite group of minerals. The Yaogangxian Mine is a Tin and Tungsten deposit in China well known for superb Ferberite crystals.
