Large display specimen of Malachite crystals on matrix from the Katanga copper zone in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The Malachite forms a variety of velvety crystal shapes all over the front and part of the sides and back of specimen. Small tufts, wedge-shaped crystals, and botryoidal forms are all present. Clean and bright example of the fabulous Malachite that occurs in this area.
