Single crystal of the vanadium and chromium rich Grossular Garnet known as Tsavorite. This variety was discovered in east Africa in 1967 and named by Tiffany & Co. for the nearby Tsavo National park. Vivid, radiant green color makes this specimen good color for Tsavorite, with bright, glassy crystal faces on front and bits of attached Tanzanite and Graphite.
