Glassy single Diopside crystal from the Merelani Tanzanite mines. Found as a byproduct of mining for Tanzanite, these Diopside crystals are some of the world's best. This is a good sized crystal that is well terminated and complete all around with the exception of chipping that runs halfway up one side.
