Transparent orange Villiaumite from the open pit phonolite quarries in Aris, Namibia. While you can get larger, dark red, translucent cleavages from the Kola peninsula in Russia, I think these gem orange crystals from Aris are the world's best Villiaumite, and this is a good one. This is an exquisite thumbnail-sized Villiaumite with total transparency and a uniform orange color. Complete all around and undamaged. Ex. Jon Sigerman.
