Single 'citrus' orange Spessartine crystal from old finds in Tanzania. These were mostly found as partial or damaged crystals with complete crystals such as this much less common. Equant form with only very slight damage (one or two tiny nicks). Although there are some black inclusions, it's otherwise translucent orange with lots of transparent gem zones. It really glows orange when backlit!! Valued at $500.
