Complete 'citrus' orange Spessartine crystal from old finds in Tanzania. These were mostly found as partial or damaged crystals with complete crystals such as this much less common. Excellent form with no significant damage - possibly a couple insignificant small edge chips and a slight indentation from another crystal on one side. Translucent with great color. This one has gem value with transparent zones inside. Weighs 25.94 grams (about 129 carats). Valued at $500+.
