Fine quality specimen Ankerite, a mineral similar to Dolomite, with Quartz crystals on green Mariposite. Undamaged specimen with great crystals. The two Quartz crystals are both perfect and double-terminated. Mariposite is a dolomitic marble included by chromium rich mica found in the foothills of California and was often an indicator of nearby Gold.
