Cluster of Tennantite after Azurite crystals covered by Smithsonite crystals. This is the most aesthetic example of this Tsumeb psuedomorph I have seen, and only one of very few that have the associated Smithsonite. It's a floater crystallized all around with a tall 4cm main crystal rising straight up out of the group. The small black areas are not damage - just areas where the Tennantite is corroded and Smithsonite did not grow. The main crystal is completely covered by Smithsonite on the backside and shows mostly Tennantite on the front side. Comes with a custom Lucite base that says 'Tennanite after Anhydrite\", though I have only ever seen these called Tennantite after Azurite.
