Barite

Sharp and lustrous doubly-terminated Barite crystal from Nevada.  This is from the Dennis Ewell collection - he had an eye for neat and and unusual quality specimens.  This is a well formed, coloreless to grey crystal mounted in a Perky box.  A little hard to see against the white foam base, but it's a really nice crystal.
