Gemmy and lustrous, water-clear, yellow Scapolite crystal with glassy termination faces from Morogoro, Tanzania. The recent finds of Scapolite from Tanzania have been outstanding. A fine Scapolite, complete all-around but with two chips which keeps the price way down for such a flawless gem crystal. Weighs 8.7 grams. 43 carats of fine facet rough, I estimate about $150 as facet rough value alone.
