Pink Quartz crystals colored by inclusions of Montmorillonite (a type of clay) on Albite crystals. These pink crystals are a byproduct of Tourmaline mining and were only found occasionally in some of the San Diego mines and are popular with local collectors and most all collectors familiar with them.
