Stunning single crystal of Magnesioaxinite (Axinite-Mg) from Tanzania. These are found as a biproduct of mining for Tanzanite and are only seldom found. This is a good one, with glassy luster, transparency, and nice purple coloration. It's nearly pristine, with only minor edge chipping, much better than the vast majority.
