Glassy and lustrous gem Tanzanite crystal that is very gemmy at the tip. Sort of a double crystal when viewed from the side witht he back crystal serving as a pedestal to display the front crystal. A more blue color when viewed from the front and a more purple when viewed from the side. There is light chipping on one edge and a small part of a step termination on the back \"pedestal\" crystal, though overall excellent quality and good sized. Natural, unheated gem Tanzanite crystal. 61 carats in weight, 3.7 x 1.5 x 1.5 cm.
