A unusual feature of pegmatites is the occasional occurrence of \"bent\" crystals, believed to be caused by repeated fracturing and rehealing within the pegmatite. This specimen features a \"bent\" Tourmaline draped over the shoulder on a gem Morganite crystal. The Tourmaline grades from dark green to pink at the termination. The Morganite is crystallized on all sides, truely unique.
